I'm so sorry to hear that your experience as an RBT with BlueSprig wasn't a good one. Your role has such a critical impact on our clients and their families, and can be so rewarding.
It sounds like in your short time at BlueSprig you ran into some challenges with the team in Tulsa. This isn't something we hear often - I know they have such compassion for their clients and each other, so it's sad to hear about your perception of the team.
