We value each of our employees greatly and strive to provide support for all team members. It is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible, and we will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient for all. We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love. For employee breaks, we comply with all state and federal guidelines. We encourage you to talk with your center leadership about the possibility of having make-up sessions with a client or even working hours at a different center.
