Thank you for your work to help us change the world for children with autism! Ensuring the highest level of ethical standards is extremely important to us and we appreciate you being a part of maintaining those high standards! Many companies had to take drastic measures for the financial health of their company during COVID, so we made small adjustments. We are working on plans to bring back our 401K match soon. We also frequently gather market data to ensure that we are competitive in the field as it relates to pay.
