The clinical staff and kids

Cons

Little to no training! Unrealistic expectations, not what you expect at all. Want families to have kids there majority of the time versus being in school! Always told what you’ve done wrong, but never received proper training. No hours for RBTs. The company needs to be more realistic and organized!

Thank you for providing feedback. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. We made a decision to slow our growth in 2021 to make sure we are supporting our teams well. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback from our valued employees.
