      Pros

      The company truly cares about it's employees, provides generous allowances for CEUs, promotes and supports professional development, and creates a caring work environment. My supervisor is always positive, willing to help any time I ask, and is very dedicated to the success of all clients. The company values ethics, clinical excellence, and asking why and why not.

      Cons

      No company is perfect - but BlueSprig seems to always take a humble approach when recognizing missteps.

      Pros

      The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

      Cons

      This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
