      Pros

      BlueStream was good place to work I enjoyed the work I enjoyed my crew lead my foreman and my regional manager that I had in the Minnesota market were all awesome

      Cons

      I think the only bad thing was that recruiters guaranteed things that they knew they were not going to be able to do also not enough Hometime the rotations kept changing from three weeks to five weeks and possibly six weeks and just for a person with a family you just can't be gone that amount of time they also guarantee working closer to home which for most employees never happen

      I genuinely enjoy working at Blue Stream. Management and owners are supportive and great to work with. Pay is amazing Employees are like family and the training programs are helpful and fun. Blue Stream always celebrates the holidays together, love it!! if you're looking for a Position come right here to apply
