Poor leadership and communication - Anonymous employee BlueWater Battery Logistics Employee Review

Some of the leadership is severely lacking in terms of mature communication and basic management skills. Ego problems prevent them from doing anything to address it. I have experienced both myself and others be spoken to in ways that are unproductive or simply not appropriate for the workplace. Nearly everyone who works here is a friend or family of leadership - so be weary if you are not. You will feel it because they do play favorites. Team is young, inexperienced, and disjointed.
