Pros

Benefits - competitive and covers quite a bit People - the technical and operational people are the ones that continue to make things work despite having to steer and handle upset customers as a direct result of management's lack of understanding of the actual customer life cycle.

Cons

Management - doesn't listen to understand issues - seeks for where to place blame. Claims to not have been made aware of issues, despite numerous conversations about said issues. Culture - Company culture has shifted negatively in the last 5 years and as an employee I didn't feel as though I mattered, only that the work was completed.

Some great coworkers, product is industry standard

Cons

Leadership keeps making changes that are affecting the culture of the company. Having a great product doesn’t mean you can treat your employees or customers like dirt. Leadership constantly is blaming sales for organizational disarray. You’ll spend most of your time cleaning up operational disconnect vs actually doing your job and connecting with customers
