A great company to work for

There are no cons working here.

Working from home was ok, giving you a good amount of freedom or at least that's how it felt. The team environment was genuinely a highlight, packed with incredibly dedicated and passionate folks who really lifted each other up. This was until significant changes led to a drastic reduction in staff.

As the company underwent successive layoffs, shrinking the once vibrant team to a skeletal crew, management began to impose an increasingly unsustainable workload. Roles were merged without any additional compensation, often under the guise of "everyone needs to wear many hats" a phrase that quickly became a threat. Disagreeing with these unrealistic expectations often resulted in being laid off. The atmosphere became one of manipulation, with both management and HR. Despite its public image and continued claims of being a B-Corp, the internal practices and decisions felt far removed from the ethical standards such a certification should uphold.
