Pros
At Bluebird Care, I feel valued for the work that I do. Our service is acknowledged, and we are listened to. We are also provided with training to make us more effective in our position as care workers.
Cons
Sometimes, we are overworked, when demand is high, and there are not enough carers to go round, because of sickness or carers being on leave. This is exhausting, and leads to health problems.
