Pros

- Excellent opportunities for professional development. I’ve been sent on multiple training courses and conferences, and have been supported in my career growth. - CEO’s door is always open and is always happy to offer support when needed. - Office environment is friendly and relaxed. We work hard to support each other and regularly socialise outside of office hours. - The office is located in the centre of Leeds with easy transport links and great views.

Cons

- Fast paced agency environment can be difficult to adjust to.

Pros

The staff are brilliant and the company's greatest strength. The workforce is bright, innovative and always looking to implement new ways of doing things, which breeds innovation and helps to deliver tangible results. Some excellent management hires in 2018 have reinvigorated the environment and provided excellent direction and a vision that employees can truly buy into. The client base is diverse, with industries including travel, property, motoring, retail and igaming. This ensures a wide variety of work and means that each and every campaign is different. Business development is continuing to expand this diversity, with clients in new sectors that match our own ambition and forward thinking. We celebrate success, both in terms of new client wins and hitting and exceeding KPIs. We are also not afraid to highlight what we could have done better or differently and are constantly looking at ways to improve. We are always looking for people who can bring new thought processes and help us to continue growing and evolving. We have great work perks - regular night-outs and events paid for by the company, early finishes and office beers on a Friday, a very generous health insurance package, free Nespresso and other hot drinks, and much more. Soon-to-be implemented perks such as flexible working will continue this. Everyone is listened to. The company has acknowledged that certain previous processes weren't right and has taken onboard the opinions of some former and current staff when changing ways of working and our approach to work and business. Values workshops with representatives from every team are establishing what else we can do to keep progressing. The waterfront location is stunning and less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and just 2 minutes from the bus station. We have discounted parking nearby, and Kapow coffee shop literally inside the building, which is arguably the best coffee in Leeds.

Cons

Sadly, some former employees have attempted to disparage the organisation by making outdated, exaggerated and downright inaccurate comments about everything from processes to targets and the client base. This certainly doesn't apply to anything I've experienced in my time with the company so far. If these individuals had truly raised such concerns while in employment rather than waiting until they left, their outlook might have improved. I've been here almost 12 months and in that time have seen some excellent new additions to the team, both in terms of employees and clients. Staff retention is improving significantly as former negative influences have left the company. Finger-pointing does not exist in my estimation - instead, collective accountability means everyone can celebrate success when things go well, and take responsibility when things could have turned out better - and work together to fix it. Rather than complaining, the current workforce looks for solutions and have played a key role in implementing new processes that are helping to deliver tangible results for clients and keep morale high. We work hard and play hard!
