Cons

Working as an insurance adjuster at Bluefire Insurance was a draining experience from the start. Initially, the workload seemed manageable, but as time went on, they piled on more responsibilities without offering any additional compensation. The breaking point came when major insurers like State Farm, Liberty Mutual, and Kemper announced layoffs, shifting the market in favor of employers. Suddenly, Bluefire Insurance did a complete 180-degree turn. They began to heap unreasonable pressure on us without any regard for our well-being. Instead of supporting their team, management resorted to constant write-ups and threats of termination. What hurt the most was how they ignored our feedback. As adjusters, we provided insights and suggestions, hoping for improvements, but they fell on deaf ears. It was demoralizing to see our concerns dismissed. To make matters worse, they implemented a ridiculous 7-day workweek expectation. I found myself sacrificing almost every weekend, with no consideration for my personal life or well-being. If you value your mental health and dignity, steer clear of Bluefire Insurance. They exploit their employees, refuse to listen to feedback, and have no respect for work-life balance. This company is a prime example of everything wrong with corporate culture today.
