Pros

Staff in the particular city was great, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Easy job, day is done once youre done your tasks so some days you're off early.

Cons

Upper management executives are constantly changing, and layoffs are made every year. Never felt like my job was secure. Constant change in incentives, methods of work, and always adding more for our position to do and masking it with a small pay raise or incentive. Seems like the company is just getting smaller and smaller.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the kind words about your local team — we're glad those relationships were a highlight. We appreciate the balanced feedback. You raise valid points around communication of role changes and how field-based employees experience company decisions, and these are areas we take seriously. Ensuring that those doing hands-on, guest-facing work feel respected and supported is something we remain committed to improving. We acknowledge that operating in a dynamic environment means change is a constant, and we recognize that this can create uncertainty. We continue working to communicate more clearly and ensure that compensation and incentives reflect the value our field teams bring. We wish you well and thank you again for the thoughtful feedback. Best regards, The Team Blueground

Pros

We offer exceptional value to our clients which is very important to me. The culture is fantastic, we have very bright and talented people working here and we all collaborate. I'm allowed to operate with a lot of autonomy, overall a great place to work!

Cons

Nothing at this point, I don't have anything for improvement.

Pros

Remote work is supported, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across different cities. The European culture is easygoing, and the work environment is relaxed, with slower pace and lower volume. Some days I don’t get much leads and automation is helpful with ai

Cons

Our guidance and sales focus changes daily. Untrustworthy and poor sales exec leadership feels like high school, with a lot of favoritism towards ATH team leads (usually women). It seems like promotions are reserved for them because the cost of Athens is low, so increases are small. Many people appear to be underutilized, and talent is ignored. Everyone seems like an underutilized and expensive admin while owning 1-2 tasks as core job duties. The CEO gives too much control to people who make poor decisions and directions, and it seems like they know it. The company is unstable. Executives seem to be the only ones not held accountable, while everyone else is blamed for bad decisions. They also seem to be the ones getting incentives with zero bonuses for everyone else. Company preaches to be guest centric but our customers stop using our product. Too much egos at the top and manipulation. It’s a boys club
