Pros
Overall a good Company to work for. Despite the recent layoffs due to the decline in the crude oil industry, Company does care for it's employees. They offer great competitive pay and great benefits with the majority of the cost covered by Blueknight. Office environment is casual / jeans.
Cons
Leadership needs to be more strategic and aggressive in growing the business. Difficult in the current environment but too many other similar companies are finding successful growth opportunities.
