Not a lot to add other than if you are mediocre you will do well here for a while. But they change direction very quickly and some of the decisions are questionable. You will know when you are there why that is so - very obvious where the issues are. Children that play God because their parents own the business.
Cons
Family businesses that merged and are still in a mess. Blame culture at all levels, continous rounds of redundancies and they will work you to death. Beware of the wolves dressed in sheepskin, they are everywhere.
