Pros

Perks include, 30% discount on everything and great gratis. I'll never have to buy a face cream as long as I work here. The people I work with are friendly, knowledgable, and we help one another with sales and information. My manager is a sweet person who knows a great deal about the industry. I get training on most of the lines in the store, which makes me feel more confident in selling them.

Cons

The company is experiencing growing pains. There are so many stores opening. My regional manager acts as if we are bothering him, and our spa supplies never, ever, arrive; which, puts strain on our esthetician, who is working very hard. The pay doesn't seem worth it for me to stay very long. Our sales goals are very high, which means we never meet them, and therefore, never get commission on the thousands of dollars we do sell.

Pros

Business hours and get to meet some great clients

Cons

Lack of recognition for hard workers. No pay increase. Some employees are getting paid 30+ an hour at most stores and complain about a couple of cents from pay increase where people like myself is getting paid $10 less with no pay increase. Full time employees will do the most work more than anyone else, including management. Management also receives the most recognition over the employees that do the most work. This company has been bought out by Macy’s so I don’t think they care to hear what employees have to say.
