      Training is chaotic. 5 different people will tell you to do something 5 different ways. Co-workers are usually angry and rude.

      Very thoughtful benefit package including PTO, 401K Company culture is very positive The company is growing Work life balance is an important part of the company

      Leadership has become toxic because of new upper management over the past few years. Makes decisions based off of emotions and is easily intimidated by performers
