      Amazing workplace to learn and to develop skills. Opportunity to participate in multi-disciplinary tasks and cross-functional teams, enhancing career and personal development.

      Cons

      Salary is not adequate in comparison to the pharmaceutical sector, however its adjusted to the reality of Portugal, specifically where the company is based (Coimbra).

      Lunch in the canteen Parking space for employees

      Cons

      Minimal salary for the job category. Poor departmental management. You do the work of 2–3 people because they don't want to connect with anyone else, and senior management only looks on from above but is rarely hands-on.
