3yThanks for your feedback. We have looked into the concerns that you have highlighted in your feedback. We don’t have a culture of forcing people to work on weekends or extra hours. It’s only under some exceptional circumstances that a team may be required to put in more hours. In such cases too it may be for a very limited period. Our managers work in tandem with the team and there is a constant communication flow for both work transactions and informal chats. Employees have every opportunity to express their concerns or challenges to the managers. Any weekend working/extra hours work is duly recorded by the managers and appropriate comp offs are provided as per the policy. We are a humane organization and are very mindful of the employee interests and their well-being. Our HR team does take up any employee concern on a high priority for immediate addressal. Our salaries are market competitive, we have a continuous process for benchmarking our salaries against the industry standard. We carry out proactive salary corrections as and when required. Our low attrition rate speaks for our culture and salary competitiveness.
We will strongly urge you to reach out to your manager or the HR team for highlighting any concerns. It is best that these things are shared with the organization in a timely way so that necessary steps can be taken.
