Pros
- Comfortable work environment . - Great opportunity to break into a support role. - Starting pay is good, especially if you have no experience.
Cons
- No 401k matching - Benefits for your dependents is completely un-affordable - Little to no room for growth and annual raises are < cost of living increases - No transparency at all from upper management - Managers are not engaged with the workforce and do not seem focused on this particular engagement at all - Even though there is work to be done, management places more value on meaningless meetings - VERY little training
