      Pros

      Tech has a cool factor

      Cons

      Not much more than a cool factor. Management issues. CEO is a part time job. Not one Silicon Valley or Tech veteran on the board. COO demoted, 3 Sales VP's in one year, CMO Fired, another VP fired. That was 2016. You can't make this stuff up.

      Pros

      -new leadership has established unity of effort among all teams -new product releases doing great; product has hit its stride and market is rewarding its differentiators (API and security) -government and commercial customers like the product now -great work environment: talented people working hard and having fun; good balance -after the downsizing, virtually everyone at the company is MVP material -new ownership team is kind and supportive

      Cons

      -customers of the old product will take a while to reboot -company is 100% remote, so don't get to see coworkers IRL very often at all
