      Former President was great and very fair.

      Cons

      Current President is not qualified to handle all the responsibilities. He is engineering material NOT President material. Treats certain employees better than others. He needs some serious training. Not sure how he came to be in this position.

      Pros

      Young, energetic, growing company. They are flexible with work hours. They provide the individual freedom needed to complete projects or improve processes (no bureaucratic processes to go through). Can have immediate impact on company performance.

      Cons

      Not a lot of career growth for everyone, and no proper training in place.
