Pros
I would say the biggest pro about working here was my coworkers. Even when the work got tough with long hours, it truly felt like a good team to be with.
Cons
The communication between the partners and the rest of the team was extremely poor and would constantly lead to issues with workload priorities which often caused missed deadlines and at least one angry partner blaming everyone but himself. The way they worked the project managers, from outside looking in, was atrocious. I can't say I saw a project manager leave the office at a decent time during my time there, I can't imagine 80% of the employees at the time were compensated nearly enough for the hours put in, even during the non-peak times of business. Expectations of individual employees are never clearly handled. And the expectations they hold of their very young staff (fresh out of college) often far exceeded their levels of experience. Having this happen a few times may not be an issue, but was mostly a day to day experience. And if you happen to think that you were going to get to leave the office by 5, you were almost certainly fooling yourself. Even if you did manage that feat, they would likely have work they wanted to try and give to you while at home for the night without a care for your time and space outside of the workplace.
