Bluetext is a weird company. It is run by 4 middle-aged men, who are more interested in making money than in doing good work. They are endlessly self-promotional and excellent at cultivating clients. They also love them the latest jargon and buzzwords. But they do not care about quality and they treat their mostly junior employees with derision.
