Pros
Bluevine is working in a massive market, with a decent chance at capturing it. Overall good vision and top leadership has a clear view of where to take the company. People are hardworking and generally low ego/ focused on doing a good job.
Cons
Culture is somewhat lacking: at times feels more like a corporation and less like a startup. Could also improve level of some mid-management talent.
