Very hot work environment no AC

Good customer base, mostly nice people, decent health benefits & unlimited PTO, company had to stop 401K contributions but since pay is so low, it would be difficult to contribute anyways.

It seems that if you are not in the "family", you are not going to have success in this firm. It's unfortunate that there's a lot of short term stints that end up in frustration and wasted time. Unrealistic expectations are set and unexpected changes are presented regularly. Not an easy place to work.
