Good place to work with good balance environment - Production Supervisor Bluffton Motor Works Employee Review

The people are great to work with. We are a growing company with a lot of great benefits. Every year we do a Christmas party for the children and grandchildren of the employees and they all receive a toy. We have on onsite nurse practitioner that is here 20 hours a weeks. The health and wellness benefits are outstanding. We have experienced double digit growth since the day I started. I get the opportunity to work with a lot cutting edge technology on some very exciting projects.

Great place to work. Focus on continuous improvement is part of culture. Very innovative with products and processes, especially when the company size of < $100M revenue is considered.

Headquartered in Bluffton Indiana, which is a great small town. However, the 35 to 40 minute drive to nearest city Fort Wayne is less than ideal if you are after more urban activities.
