A bit demanding from time to time

I worked at Blumenbecker-KAT full-time for less than 2 year Pros – It takes me a lot of effort to find out Pros of this company and the Management. - The company pays well. It may be their way of retaining / attracting employees. I joined the company because of the pay yes but later there will be no increment after that.

Ah ! There are a lot many. - Senior Management is extremely poor. The company is basically headed by family members who (from the inherited wealth) started this venture. - Senior Management has zero experience of Software Development and Project Life Cycle. - Please get work time and work days clarified with HR at the time of joining. This company calls employees on Weekends and holidays - Regularly. - Product Development instructions are given orally without any thing in writing by the people who are completely unaware of the Software Development lifecycle. This leads to extremely chaos during working on products. - System (Computers) infrastructure is extremely poor. - Senior Management has no trust on Managers. Only Family members are trusted. - Very very irregular pay cycle. Attention New Joiners: Please get verified about pay cycle dates at the time of HR Interview Round. - Colonial 'Sir' , 'Madam' culture. - Threats of employee lay-off in the name of 'Chanakya Neeti'. Zero job security. - There is no medical policy and PF for employee. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
