Pros

Fully remote. That's it. That's the pro.

Cons

Leadership here is horrible. The C levels only care about their VC's and share holders. Anyone who questions them, gets fired. Even though they have very little experience anywhere other than Blumira, they act as if they know what they're doing, but they have no clue. It took a year longer than expected to raise their series B (just announced this week) and it's 1/3rd of what they aimed for. Why? The product is a redundant and a commodity, and the leadership is clueless. The amount of turnover here is through the roof. They use people, and dump them once they've gotten what they needed. Steer clear of here, and the toxic culture. It's possibly the worst experience of all my years in the tech world.

Pros

The people that work here are amazing, they are very smart and I’m always learning from my co-workers. There’s a lot of potential for growth here!

Cons

Not a con - but the standards & expectations are high. If you love being part of a high performing team, and taking ownership of your own development and growth, you'll thrive here.

Pros

Strong Culture: A passionate team that operates with integrity and "Midwest kindness." People here are helpful, humble, and high-performing. Remote-First with a Hub: It is a 100% remote company, but having a great office space in Ann Arbor is a huge plus for locals. Constant Growth: Because it is a startup, you are always working on something new. Things move fast and improve constantly. Transparent Leadership: The CEO and management are approachable and use monthly pulses to stay connected to the team. Tangible Impact: Your contributions are highly visible. You can see the direct results of your work on the product, strategy, and overall success of the company.

Cons

There has been a lot of organizational change over the past year. Although the changes were needed to move the company forward, the growing pains can be a challenge for those who prefer a more static or predictable environment.
