Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and available. Bluum really values education and community and backs that up with resources, time and PTO to pursue community involvement.

Benefits are good and culture is great, but strictly speaking $/hr is a little below market IMO.

Workload has not been picked up by new hires, so everyone still with the company is feeling the burden of that. Lack of support on shipping and tracking Sometimes can have a combative environment based on cross team functionality and discussions
