Pros

Decent product design, variety and quality. Computer programs and register are decent and easy to learn. Good amount of fabric and leather options for special order.

Cons

This company is a franchise - the Los Angeles location is a mess. High stress, micromanagement, customer care issues and inexperienced ownership. Owner has no real experience or knowledge of sales, how to run a business or manage a staff. He had 2 locations, closed 1 and laid everyone off at one location with barely any notice then staffed the other location to the bare minimum. Complains about money, after all of that and goes out for lunch or sits around all day talking about shopping and new cars. Constant hovering and "training suggestions" to employees who have a decade more experience in the job. Poor communication skills, unprofessional and immature.

Many customers dont end up buying so you should be patient and consistent and do lots of follow ups
