      They have a horrible dynamic they don't know how to deal with people they don't know how to talk to people overall it's just was a horrible experience with management and higher ups

      Several mechanics are good teachers, and good people

      Cons

      Some foremans are aweful due to the hazing, They hire before a bid is confirmed, if they loose it, they get rid of most of their 1st year apprenticeship, then Cyphen their last check after they enroll to a new year In their classes. Which may cause you to unexpectedly have to pay. You also loose all your benefits with in the end of the month,
