Nice colleagues and a good product.

Where to begin! - Salaries are low to begin with and very little room to grow. - Monica the founder and CEO, will run you down to the ground by working unnecessarily long hours. - Forget work life balance if you get a job there - So many redundant meetings over the same topics that you have gone over for months which makes it an exhausting experience. - Monica is a fun person privately, but as a leader, I have not seen worse! - This company is not ran like a SaaS business, very much a consultancy approach to everything.

The team is fantastic, five stars. Care about each other, fun and uplifting. Management is also great but with some scattered prioritizing sometimes.

Bit unstructured way of working and other normal headaches of fast-growing scale-ups.
