Never expect your supervisor or the management will give you any supoort or resources. The OT culture is horrible, you will need to stay till 12am, as everyone do the same. The vision and goals set by management are unrealistic, and they just keep pushing you to complete the impossible tasks. You will have to work under huge pressure without single support from anyone in the company. Bad market reputation. Turnover rate is crazy, everyone in the business wants to leave. Thats why they keep hiring all the time. The management always tell lies to new joiners during interviews. Also, the salary structure is really unfair, shoeshiners / new joiner from outside can get 30-40% more than internal staff. They offer really low salary to operations staff compared to the market. It is just horrible staying here, please do read the comments before making a decision. I would not recommend their Singapore and Hong Kong offices to anyone.
