BoardSource has the best staff I've had the privilege to work with. The culture of BoardSource is one where each employee feels supported, feels challenged, and feels like they are part of the bigger mission of BoardSource. Even after being gone from BoardSource for several years, I'm still in touch with many of my co-workers, some who are still there and others who are no longer there. It's a great place to work.

Because it's a smaller organization, it's more difficult to move up the ladder. However, I always felt challenged with new opportunities within my role and supported when I proposed new ideas.

Hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The people I worked with are some of the best people I've ever met. Naturally, some people will feel differently but in my opinion management truly cares about the happiness of all employees. The perks were great. Most importantly I felt most people who worked for the company really cared about the mission and really cared about doing exceptional work.

During my 3 years there I did come across some personalities I found difficult to work with but that's true anywhere. Also, like many companies, financial constraints could sometimes be frustrating. However, if I needed something to better perform my duties it was provided to me. Also every training asset I ever asked for I received, and I fully took advantage of this perk. I grew tremendously while at the company.
