I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the entire team, and I’m consistently impressed by how thoughtful, transparent, and people-focused everyone is. What stands out most is the balance between high performance and genuine human connection. It’s a fast-paced, ambitious environment (we’re a tech company, after all!), but it never feels cutthroat. There’s a strong spirit of collaboration—people genuinely care about one another and the work we’re doing. I’ve also experienced a deep sense of trust and ownership.
