Freedom to grow and experiment. Lots to learn from a marketing, creative, and sales standpoint. The products are interesting and fun to advertise. The people are great, very friendly and outgoing. There's never much boredom and a lot more freedom than most jobs. Management works hard to see to it that you get what you need and have everything to get your job done, whatever that job is. The owner is really great, an incredibly knowledgeable man who works harder than all of his employees combined. Also, can't beat health, dental, and vision insurance, plus vacation and personal days! Overall, a fun, great place to work.

You work most holidays, only Christmas and Thanksgiving Day off. And as salary, you're always on call, but that's anywhere you go. Expectations are high. The only times I've ever gotten into hot water is because I didn't do something I was supposed to do.
