Pros
It's an exciting place to work. No two days are the same. There's a lot of positive energy here. I received bonuses for exemplary work and going the extra mile. They give you what you put in and are not afraid to move people up the chain if they deserve it. The company is not new, but is somewhat of a start up division as part of a larger marketing company, so they have somewhat of a nice balance between being a big company and a small company. The leadership seem very excited about what they can do for the clients i worked on. They get you pumped to promote the brand you are working on, which is good. Overall I was happy with my paycheck. I liked the bonuses here and there. They also had some contests/spiffs for us based on performance.
Cons
There's a lot of different personalities. You need to be able to work with others and communicate well.
