A good product with great potential. Sales and engineering both work very hard to get product out. Free lunch.
Cons
During my tenure, someone high up in senior management would badmouth other people. I was repeatedly told that certain contractors/hires should feel lucky that we give them work, that we should extract as much as we can from them and don’t overpay. I was also constantly being told just to push people to get things done. A toxic mentality to work with. Despite being hired into marketing, I was pulled deep into work that is far from my domain, to the point of interviewing candidates with technical background. There was no structural decision framework or evaluation process here. I was also asked to attend a call on a day I declared sick - that was my "done" moment.
