      Fruit and Toast free The office is nice although is in North Acton so commuting is long People is nice

      Too many people in the top line in management so they all have opinions and it is very hard to sign off things There are clear preferences over people Hard to progress and promote Buying department carries with all weight and there is no room for creativity Sometimes management gave the idea they didn’t know what they were doing We are asked to be 4 days in even when there is no need to be in

      Pros

      Their clothing allowance is nice.

      Cons

      Poor management and hr. Clear favoritism of employees. They give people advancements before they post the job position, so the job is filled but they let people interview any way, even though they know who they're hiring. The UK controls everything and doesn't include the US office on many events. Poor management. Lack of direction. High turnover. Miserable work environment with gossip and employees who are so underwhelmed with the way the company is run. Absolutely no opportunities for long term advancement. Not a place you'd want to retire from
