Pros
The PTA's and front desk was friendly Laundry was the only fun part of the job
Cons
HIGH staff turnover, poor intradepartmental communication, minimal training, horribly under staffed, no employment contract, and I only found out my hourly pay rate after working there for 2 weeks. It was $13/hr for essentially therapeutic massage. You massage 3 patients an hour for 15 minutes each, while cleaning rooms in between, and also cleaning/packing away equipment, wash/dry/fold and managing laundry stocks, etc. There is no time to sit down. No overtime permitted. I went home with swollen forearms after each shift. For $13/hour? And 1 block away, Chick-fil-a is hiring for $20/hr and better benefits. Also, legally PT aides should never be working on patients when the PT isn't on site... and most of the shifts I worked he wasn't there.
