Pros

Almost everybody who works there is very nice!

Cons

The pay is very low. The schedule is very sporadic and makes no sense. The RHC manager is extremely passive aggressive and unorganized. She will leave all caps messages in Slack to the whole team if you make a mistake. For a health based company, the health insurance is really bad. The sick policy for the remote team is ridiculous. They request that you let them know that you will be sick the night before, and request a doctor's note if you call out day of. The mobile vans break down easily, and this job requires contacting every customer, day of, that their appointment is cancelled. Sometimes with 20 minutes of warning. There won't be appointments available within months after cancellations and there's nothing you can do about it, making customers upset. You can be let go with no warning or performance plan set up if you start to slip. Your metrics can be purely numbers based. So even if there were only 6 total calls one day, and you answered 2 of them, it reflects poorly on your record.

Pros

Nice coworkers, some really cool clients, and a covered snack every shift.

Cons

Hard to feel like you’re treated fairly or seen as more than a number if experiencing any long-term crisis. Hard to get time off. Inconsistent management. Training is all over the place and you’re expected to figure it out once you’re on the job. Entitled customers most of the time. Vans breaking down frequently. Last minute changes to procedures or expectations when working. Your voice doesn’t really matter if you aren’t buddy buddy with people. List goes on.
