Bad organisation and lack of respect for their employees. I was hired to cover a specific market and one month later I was told they did not need help with that market anymore. To tell me this, they organised a fake regular meetin where I was basically fired and during this meeting the responsible of my department were removing my access to Social Media accounts. Terrible treatment.
