      Pros

      they were very good about work life balance and time off

      Cons

      they did a poor job of communicating changes in the organization which resulted in a reduction of the sales force causing many very good sales people to loose their jobs. The way they did their reorganization did not make business sense in my opinion.

      I don’t know what happened but the site was very different than last time. A lot of toxicity from leadership. Refusing to address issues and place the blame on the employees.
