      Free food frequently Learn a lot, especially electrical and mechanical engineers Great first job Pay is okay Flexible

      Everyone is nosey (especially the owner and senior management) Lack of Respect of new/young employees by older employees No HR dept, upper management do as they feel Building is outdated Ways of working is outdated (they don’t like change) No growth

      Total hands-on experience your fundamentals will definitely get stronger Health insurance by the company which is really good Management listens to your advice if you perform really well Friendly people

      Pros

      Laid-Back Environment Flexible Free Food every week Don't have to pay for health insurance Smart employees and some are very nice Understanding Pay is OK, not great unless they really like you Great first job, you will learn a lot (especially in the electro-mechanical aspect)

      Political Always late Nosy employees Gossipy (especially upper management) Dont trust anyone with personal information! No personal space SOME employees there for a long time treat new "young" employees like crap Messy workplace (in some departments) Disorganized No room to grow
