Pros

-Good salary, especially for living in Thailand. -Fair allocation of tools and resources. -Reasonable working hours and deadlines. -Casual and relaxed work atmosphere. -Free accommodation for 3 months during the probation period for those who relocate.

Cons

-Occasional micromanagement on minor issues by coworkers, depending on which team you are in. -Participation in team activities may be factored into evaluations, even though there is no overtime requirement. -In some cases, work may not follow the main pipeline properly—for example, UVs may not be aligned consistently, making it take longer to continue tasks in the project, especially if coworkers don’t provide support. -Communication within some teams can be indirect, making it harder to address problems directly and efficiently.

Pros

Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Cons

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
