      Pros

      Flexibility, the managers are pretty nice, the job isn’t boring, opportunities to grow as a person. Loved working in the mall and being able to interact with others.

      Cons

      The pay is absolute trash, way too competitive, it sucks how cliquey the management can also be, try too hard to be a part of the brand, they shun you if you are poor

      Pros

      The best job ever! My boss Emily, who is the store manager at Fashion Place, is truly amazing. I left my previous job because of the way I was treated by my manager, so having someone like her has been amazing. She is one of the best parts of my current job. She strives to make connections with each of her employees, and she consistently treats everyone with respect. Emily goes out of her way to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. I feel so lucky to have her as my manager!!
