Can’t discourage this job enough. I lucked out with my specific team and didn’t have much issue, but anything to do with corporate is mediocre at best. We’re expected to wear several different hats but the pay isn’t worth it. We are constantly criticized and accused of not doing enough, and everything is based on money and sales instead of merit and effort. Corporate doesn’t care about individual employees. Hardly anyone ever knew my name. Poor communication & overall poor management. Not to mention the CEO Vivien is massively in debt and is extremely unkind and disrespectful to her employees. Don’t work here. It’s not worth it.
