      Pros

      This location was a Francise, so they gave a little more wiggle room on some issues, and owners were very hands off. Most of the other managers were awesome to work with. Bonuses were always handed out in a relatively quick manner.

      Cons

      Upper Management didn't listen to what was being said.

      You could get free meals each shift.

      Cons

      Almost never got a break even working 12 hours. Never knew the schedule more than 2 days in advance. Work environment was incredibly toxic. There managers were constantly on a power trip. Customers almost jumped me on various occasions. Absolutely no insurance.
