The company reduced its staff from roughly 440 to 60 employees. The CEO explicitly acknowledged that he cannot assure employees against future layoffs. * The e-commerce products were often low quality. * Compensation was not competitive. * Management was ineffective, with little meaningful feedback or opportunity for promotion. * Professional growth was limited. * Processes were extremely slow and inefficient.

A study in watching a business flounder and fail by letting simple minded bros who lucked into something years ago run it into the ground with their awkward hubris.
